1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Online Video Converter and its related services, including audio conversion, video editing, compression, merging, trimming, watermarking, and other browser-based media tools. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or interacting with any feature, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform and related services. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of Service

Online Video Converter provides free online tools for audio and video conversion, cutting, trimming, merging, equalization, and related media workflows. Some features process files in your browser; others use secure server-side processing. Current supported formats include audio (MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, M4A, WMA) and video (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, WMV, FLV).

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, be rate-limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

4. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
• You may request account deletion via support; residual backups may remain for a limited period as required by law or security.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of media files and content you upload or process ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store User Content solely to operate the tools you request.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to use User Content with the Service and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law. See also our DMCA Policy and Copyright Policy.

6. File Processing & Deletion

• Selected audio tools process media locally in your browser using Web Audio APIs when supported. Files processed entirely in-browser are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose a server-based tool or explicitly save/upload.
• Files uploaded for server processing are deleted automatically after processing completes, typically within minutes and no later than 24 hours unless you explicitly save them to your account.
• Files you explicitly save to your Online Video Converter account may be retained until you delete them or close your account.
• Maximum upload size is approximately 500 MB.

7. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited uses include unlawful content, malware distribution, rights infringement, abuse of infrastructure, and attempts to bypass security.

8. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) subject to your cookie consent choices. Ads are not endorsements. Clicking ads may take you to third-party sites we do not control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, UI, documentation, and original software (excluding User Content) are owned by Online Video Converter or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misappropriate the Service except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT PROCESSED OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. SEE ALSO OUR Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLINE VIDEO CONVERTER AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50 IF THE SERVICE IS FREE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Video Converter from claims arising out of your User Content, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where local law requires additional consent.
