Accessibility Statement
Online Video Converter accessibility commitment, standards we aim for, known limitations, and how to request assistance.
1. Our Commitment
Online Video Converter aims to make online media tools usable by as many people as possible, including users of assistive technologies. We continually improve keyboard access, contrast, focus states, and semantic structure.
2. Standards
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where feasible for a media-tool product. Some advanced editors (waveforms, timelines, canvas previews) present inherent accessibility challenges that we work to mitigate with textual alternatives and controls.
3. Measures We Take
- Semantic headings and landmarks on legal and marketing pages
- Visible focus styles on interactive controls where styled by us
- Text alternatives and labels on primary navigation actions
- Responsive layouts that reflow on smaller screens
- Cookie consent dialog with clear Accept / Reject / Customize choices
4. Known Limitations
- Complex timeline editors may have limited screen-reader parity
- Some third-party ad creatives (when enabled) are outside our control
- Older browsers may not support all ARIA or media APIs we rely on
5. Feedback & Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email onlinevideoconverter@vektosys.com with the page URL, description of the issue, and assistive technology used. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also use our Contact form.
6. Compatibility
The Service is designed for modern evergreen browsers (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge). Partial support on older browsers is not guaranteed.
