3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your signature
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where Online Video Converter may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
