Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice, takedown, and counter-notice procedures for Online Video Converter.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe material available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, account, file ID if known)
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where Online Video Converter may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
