• Browser processing: Selected audio tools process media locally in your browser using Web Audio APIs when supported. Files processed entirely in-browser are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose a server-based tool or explicitly save/upload.
• Server processing: When you use a server-based tool, your file may be temporarily uploaded to our processing environment (maximum upload size approximately 500 MB). Files uploaded for server processing are deleted automatically after processing completes, typically within minutes and no later than 24 hours unless you explicitly save them to your account.
• Saved library: Files you explicitly save to your Online Video Converter account may be retained until you delete them or close your account.

• Upload security: Uploads for server tools are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to temporary processing paths is restricted to our processing systems.
• Encryption: Data in transit is protected with TLS. Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider; we do not store plaintext passwords.
• Deletion: Temporary processing files are removed after the job completes (and no later than 24 hours). Account-saved files remain until you delete them or request account deletion.
• Supported formats: Audio — MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, M4A, WMA. Video — MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WEBM, WMV, FLV.

Do not upload unlawful, confidential, or sensitive personal data that you are not authorized to process. We are not responsible for content you choose to upload.

11. Children's Privacy
